board of directors.
• Report on status of league funds, prepare
books and financial statements.
• Prepare annual budget.

• Increase awareness
and branding of league through promotion.
• Produce and place
banners, yard signs, press releases, direct mail, electronic mail
to advertise registration.
• Coordinates mail registration,
electronic registration, and in-person registration. Maintains
official registration documents.
Ray Webster, Information Officer
• Maintains
website, which will be primary focus of communication.
• Produces
PALL newsletter
Heidi Hornstein, Post-Season Coordinator
• Coordinate
the All-Star selection committee.
• Order caps, jackets, t-shirts,
trophies for All-Star teams.
• Arrange volunteers to work
in Hamilton Park hosted TOC tournaments.

• Purchase
jerseys, hats, bats, baseballs, catching gear, bases for league.
• Maintain
inventory.
Juan Samartin, Field Maintenance
• Responsible
for field conditions.
• Build and maintain pitchers mound,
batters box, and infield.
• Coordinate mowing, irrigation,
drainage, fence repair with City Parks Department
.• Responsible
for deciding game status on rain days.
