Dodgers win on a walk off in a wild game

The Majors Dodgers won in a wild game on Thursday night over East Altadena, advancing to the next round of the City Tournament. The Dodgers struggled early in the game with some errors on the field and the base paths. However, Christopher Chino pitched a strong game to keep the Dodgers in it. In the Bottom of the 6th inning, the Dodgers scored 2 runs to tie the game. East Altadena came out firing in the Top of the 7th and scored three runs. With their backs against the wall, the Dodgers rallied in the 7th for the win. Will Wurtemberg and Beckett Sparks both singled to start the inning. Christopher Chino brought in two runs with a triple, followed with a game tying single by Renn Burke with two outs. Micah Johansen came up to the plate and hit a shot to the fence to score Renn for the game winning walk off.

The Dodgers have advanced to the next round of the City Tournament and they will play Pasadena Southwest at Allendale field on Saturday, June 5 at 6pm.
