Don't live in PALL boundaries or attend school in PALL Boundaries? Little League is very strict on residency requirements. If a player does not live in PALL boundaries or attend school in PALL boundaries the player cannot play at PALL. They must play at a league within their home or school boundaries. We at PALL do not have any authority to be flexible on this rule, or to make exceptions. Any waivers or exceptions would need to be approved by the District 17 Administrator. The District 17 administrator will follow the Little League rules which states players must live or attend school in boundaries to play at PALL. The District does not approve waivers without reason.
